Own an outcome, not a task queue

The role

It is the entry role for working out where you want to specialise. You get your hands on several functions, from go to market to the client relationship, working next to the founders and seeing up close how each of those levers grows the company. Within a few months you will know what you care about most and have the ground to build a career on it.

What you will do: GTM and sales

• Support the outbound campaigns, over email and LinkedIn, alongside the GTM co-founder
• Lead research, list building, prospect qualification
• Running and keeping clean the CRM and the pipeline
• Preparing the material for demos, follow ups and proposals

What you will do: client ops and delivery

• Onboarding new clients: kickoff, setup, requirements
• Client communication and reporting on results, with the before and after delta
• Keeping deadlines and the state of the work under control across several clients

Who we are looking for

• A degree, earned or nearly finished, in economics, marketing, communication or a related field
• Native Italian and excellent written and spoken English
• Solid analytical ability and clear, effective writing
• Someone proactive and self-directed who wants to work in a startup
• Genuine interest in AI and in marketing

Nice to have

• A first experience, including an internship, university projects or a side project, in sales, marketing, consulting or a startup
• A builder streak: you have already built or organised something from nothing

The role

You are the operational owner of organic visibility for the clients you follow. You do not hand over an audit and move on: you hold the outcome, from the technical diagnosis to publishing the content, through to how often the brand gets cited inside AI answers. The engine does the heavy lifting of analysis and production; you decide where to point it, you control the quality of what comes out, and you explain to the client what changed.

What you will do

• Technical diagnosis of client sites: crawling, indexing, architecture, performance, structured data
• Semantic research and the content plan: which questions are worth owning, and with which pages
• Reviewing and editing what the engine produces, before it goes live
• Owning visibility on the main AI answer engines: what gets cited, from which sources, how to win ground back
• Reading the results and joining the monthly client meeting with the team
• Telling the product team what the engine has to learn to do better, based on what you see on clients

Who we are looking for

• At least three years on SEO projects, agency or in-house
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4 and at least one crawler, Screaming Frog or equivalent
• Solid technical SEO: you can work out why a page is not being crawled and what it takes to unblock it
• Keyword research and information architecture understood as the structure of a site, not as a list of words
• Editorial-quality writing and editing in Italian, and good English reading and writing
• Self-direction: you can decide the next priority without somebody handing you the list

Nice to have

• Experience running several clients in parallel
• Interest or experience in visibility inside AI generated answers
• Basic HTML and an understanding of how a page is rendered
• Comfort with SQL, Looker Studio or serious spreadsheets
• Having already used AI tools to automate parts of your own work

What we offer

• Full time contract, gross annual salary between 36,000 € and 40,000 € depending on experience
