Questions about the way we work
Do I have to operate anything?
Usually not. Oltre AI is designed not to add tools to your workflow: requests go through Slack or email, and once a month there's a call to go through the results. Access to the data is there if you want to look more closely.
What happens before the first cycle?
A one-off onboarding that builds four things: access and connections, a technical audit with the fixes already applied, a map of your internal links and site architecture, and the brand knowledge your content will come from.
When do I see the first results?
The first measured deltas arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. That's measurement speed, not a promise of rankings: nobody honest can guarantee those.
Who writes the content?
Oltre AI does the writing, working from your brand knowledge rather than the open web. What gets written, in what order and against which hypothesis is decided by the monthly cycle, which scores every action on demand, impact, effort and confidence.
Can I stop something before it goes live?
Yes. One message on Slack or email stops anything: before the draft, before publishing, or after it's live.
What if my CMS is unusual?
It isn't a problem, it just changes the timing. Oltre AI publishes to the CMS you already use. If the site is code, work arrives as a pull request and you decide what goes live. With a non-standard setup, onboarding takes a few extra days, then everything runs as normal.
Does the loop change over time?
The four steps stay the same. The inputs don't: each cycle starts from the previous one's verdicts, so the plan moves as the evidence does.
